Simon Fraser University’s new five-storey Sustainable Energy and Engineering Building is a modern and distinctive purpose-built facility that provides an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to energy engineering education to support the clean tech, renewable and sustainable energy sector.  This 173,000 square-foot building includes a light-filled central atrium, wet and dry teaching and research laboratories, collaboration and study spaces, faculty and staff offices, recreational rooms and lounges. Aqua Air supplied, started-up and programmed the Aircuity system for real-time sensing and continuous monitoring of indoor environmental quality (IEQ). Aircuity helps ensure a healthier indoor environment and provides actionable analytics related to building performance and significant energy savings.
