The 170,000+ square foot facility is a state-of-the-art library and resource center and was completed in 2017. The facility includes new library classrooms, a maker studio,  visualization spaces, an immersion studio, and treadmill desks. The building’s low energy mechanical system includes a Semco Heatwheel, Huntair Custom Air Handling Units with FANWALL®, a Smardt Magnetic Bearing Split Air Cooled Chiller, Superior Condensing Boilers, PURE Humidifiers, Sigma Radiant Panels, Titus Fan Coils, and Systemair duct mounted Sinus Diffusers.
