Sterling Place comprised of modifications to the existing HVAC system and installation of new equipment within the mechanical room and on the roof.  Nortek (huntair) was used for its FANWALL technology as well as for its knock down capabilities which allowed for easy installation within the mechanical room. Nortek was paired with a 60T AAON condensing unit.
